Production and cutting. Our state of the art, European standard equipment allows us to manufacture, cut and shape many types and density of polyurethane foam into customer-defined configurations (within reason and subject to feasible order quantities).

Adds comfort and safety to gym equipment, athletics apparatus, can be used as padding for rugby posts etc.

The heart of any good mattress is the core – the support layer or layers underneath the quilting and comfort layers. Our mattress cores can be produced as a single layer in a variety of densities, or as laminated cores made up of a variety of polyurethane foam types bonded together.

This open-celled foam helps to control noise levels, echoes and vibration. It can be attached to walls, ceilings and doors, or used in a variety of other applications.
